As an experienced professor, I use gamified learning strategies and hands-on activities to bring business concepts to life, helping students connect theory to real-world application in exciting ways. Custom Business Simulations:

In my online courses, I’ve created
a fictional business that serves as
a case study throughout the semester. Students tackle real-
world challenges, from marketing campaigns to operational problems, within this business context.
This approach allows them to apply what they’re learning in a practical, engaging way, and it’s been one
of the most well-received aspects
of my classes.

Interactive, Hands-On Activities:

In the classroom, I design activities that encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.
Whether students are brainstorming product ideas, creating marketing strategies, or role-playing in
real-world scenarios, these
activities help them develop skills that go beyond the textbook.

Business Simulations with Global Impact:

I frequently incorporate business simulations to help students engage in cross-cultural collaborations
with other universities from around the world.
These projects challenge students to navigate cultural differences, communicate effectively, and develop team strategies, skills that are invaluable in today’s global business environment.
